A great job opportunity to work part-time in shifts for night work with flexible hours. Working as part of one of the Specialist Functions within the Customer Services Team this role is focused on handling all In-resort queries from customers and partners. When Webbeds clients experience issues on arrival at a hotel, you are part of the team that will be the dedicated point of contact. An In-resort Specialist should be able to provide support in an effective, professional, cost-efficient, yet customer-oriented way ensuring excellent customer service is always delivered.
Customer Experience Advisor, Târgu Mureș (partially remote job)
A role for someone with excellent English skills, that involves managing all past booking cases in a customer-oriented way and delivering excellent customer service at all times. Some of the skills required are: excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, accuracy, research skills and attention to detail, and strong negotiation skills.
The job involves ensuring that all requests received are investigated and a conclusion is reached within specified service standard requirements, as well as providing resolutions to cases in an effective and timely manner, maintaining a high level of service. This role has a hybrid work mode – 3 days from home, 2 days from the office.
IT Helpdesk Engineer, Târgu Mureș (partially remote job)
WebBeds is searching for an end-user Computing Engineer (L2), a mid-level position in the EUC Engineers’ job family, someone proactive in identifying, investigating, and resolving technical incidents and problems and restoring service to clients by managing incidents to resolution. Their primary objective is to ensure zero missed service level agreement conditions.
The role is for someone with a diploma or degree in engineering, computer science, or scientific discipline from a recognized university or college, someone who has good knowledge of network concepts (TCPIP, Windows/Mac Networking, Wireless, Ethernet). Ideally, is required a specialist with technical experience, ideally within a Desktop support role of which at least 2 years must be in a support role, with strong analytical skills for effective troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Client Disputes Negotiation Executive, Târgu Mureș
WebBeds is hiring 7 people for this role, to resolve disputed bookings from customers with the commercial and customer service teams. The role involves investigating customer disputes to maximize cash collection and minimize loss to the company.
The company is searching for someone with strong negotiation skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, a medium knowledge of MS Office applications, in particular Excel, strong communication skills, and proactive and results-driven.
Sales Consultants – Motorhomes, Cluj-Napoca (full time, part-time)
WebBeds is hiring 4 people as Sales Consultants, that should be involved to meet and increase targets by selling Motorhome rentals and auxiliary products to customers, advancing and closing the sale through inbound and outbound calls. Key responsibilities are: answering incoming phone enquiries and making outbound calls: you are responsible for answering incoming enquiries from customers and closing / selling to the customer.
You will also contact customers via phone to sell alternative options for those who have had their first choice of vehicle declined; making follow up calls: follow-up actions for calls and emails must also be accomplished promptly. Main required skills are: to speak another European Language like Spanish, Italian or French, English is a must; Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel to an intermediate level; minimum of 1 years’ work experience, experience in a sales role; driven and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets. You must also be well versed in Online Republic’s terms and conditions including cancellation policies with suppliers.
