YOUR TASKS <ul><li>Identify, provide, evaluate and analyze human resource management figures (human resources data);</li><li>Develop approaches to improve the collection, analysis, modeling, presentation and management of human resources related data;</li><li>Carry out process analyses and documentation in the Human Resources business division, where necessary also participate in international process considerations in cooperation with the relevant business divisions;</li><li>Support the HPCs and the process instructions, plus analyze the implementation of guideline skills;</li><li>Collect requirements for national and international projects of medium complexity.</li></ul> YOUR QUALIFICATIONS <ul><li>Economics or technical degree;</li><li>Very good Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel advanced);</li><li>Business administration;</li><li>SAP knowledge;</li><li>English knowledge advanced.</li></ul>
