By being part of this team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00, in a hybrid way of working from Bucharest.

The project is scheduled to begin in February of 2026.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Support the recruitment team in daily hiring activities;
• Assist in drafting and posting job openings across different channels;
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications;
• Help coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers;
• Communicate with candidates to provide updates and ensure a positive experience;
• Maintain organized candidate records and recruitment documentation;
• Collaborate with team members on hiring priorities and open roles;
• Contribute to recruitment reports and general administrative tasks.

Skills that make your work successful:

• Bachelors Degree;
• Experience between 3-5 years in recruiting area;
• Good level of English & Italian (B2-C1);
• Good client handling skills;
• Good communication skills, both written and oral;
• Ability to follow process instructions accurately;
• Willing to perform repetitive activities;
• Problem solving and analysis skills.
