Join our team as a Youth Guidance Counsellor and make a meaningful impact on the lives of students. We are looking for a dedicated professional to provide comprehensive support and guidance to students, teachers, and parents. Your role will include:

• Offering counselling support to teachers, students, and relevant parties.
• Conducting workshops for teachers and parents to address academic and social needs.
• Leading in-house workshops on cognition and psychology for students and teachers.
• Monitoring and tracking student welfare and progress.
• Profiling students to assist teachers in meeting socio-emotional and learning needs.
• Identifying and referring students with socio-emotional needs for additional support.
• Providing academic counselling services on a referral basis.
• Developing and implementing programmes for students' socio-emotional needs.
• Crafting and executing Individualised Education Plans (IEP) in collaboration with teachers.

Requirements:

• Degree in counselling, counselling psychology, or educational psychology.
• At least 3 years of professional counselling experience.
• Competency in case and critical incident management.
• Proficiency in counselling approaches and tools for diverse issues.
• Experience with youths with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is appreciated.
• Ability to connect with students aged 13 to 16 years.
• Effective team player and independent worker.
