Join our dynamic team as the Vice President of Operations, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the operational strategy and execution across our manufacturing processes. Reporting directly to the President of the Europe & MENA business, you'll be a key member of the European leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Drive continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Team Management: Inspire and lead a large team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Talent Development: Ensure business continuity through training and mentoring of critical technical talent.
• Product Lifecycle Oversight: Manage the entire product lifecycle from design to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Process Documentation: Implement best practices to enhance productivity and quality.
• Strategic Planning: Align operational strategy with broader business goals.
• Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor KPIs to drive operational excellence.
• Customer Relationships: Build strong partnerships with customers, representing our capabilities effectively.
• Budget/Financials: Oversee budget and financial performance, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of progressive operational experience in manufacturing and operations management.
• Experience in both multinational and smaller or family-owned businesses.
• Direct experience as a plant manager in a custom fabrication environment.
• Proficient in continuous improvement methods and manufacturing process design.
• Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Previous experience in the industrial baking industry is a plus.
