Join Quento, the ICT arm of the Qualco Group, where we drive digital transformation through AI, Digital Engineering, Cloud, and Cybersecurity. With operations in Greece, Luxembourg, and Belgium, we are expanding our team with a dynamic Business Analyst who excels in customer discovery and ServiceNow demos.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery workshops to identify current processes, challenges, and desired outcomes.
• Translate business needs into compelling demo narratives and solution scopes.
• Deliver tailored ServiceNow demos, adapting in real-time to stakeholder feedback.
• Collaborate with the Quento team in Greece to prepare and localize demo environments for the Romanian market.
• Support offer preparation by contributing to scope, effort assumptions, and implementation strategies.
• Confidently navigate and adjust the ServiceNow platform to align with business needs.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance discovery synthesis, proposal drafting, and demo customization.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support anti-bribery and corruption policies.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis within IT or enterprise software environments.
• Proficiency in workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and structured discovery.
• Ability to present to both executives and operational teams.
• Proven experience in delivering and adapting product/platform demos.
• Fluency in Romanian and English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes is advantageous.
