Architype Company - we are one of the world biggest distributor in artificial stone. We are working with world-recognized and well known solid surface (acryl) from South Korea, engineered quartz from Israel and China and ceramics from Italy and Spain. Already works in Poland, Slovakia, Lithuania, Estonia, Hungary and Ukraine with Headquarters in Warsaw, Poland.
Now we are looking for professional and passionate Sales manager for East Romania.

Responsibilities:
1. Development and analysis of the competitive environment and found customers for the sale of ceramics/quartz/acrylic (work with fabricators and stonemasons)
2. Attracting new clients, conducting presentations of the company, products, concluding contracts.

3. Maintenance of the existing base and its development, providing advice to customers, expanding the assortment.
4. Support of the loyalty program of partners, constant availability of advertising material (samples, racks, booklets, etc.)
5. Implementation of sales plans.
6. Control of receivables
7. Reporting.

We are working in B2B market, our client is fabricators and stonemasons as well as kitchen studios.
It is home-office position with area of responsibilities for East Romania (incl Moldova).

Requirements:

Good communication skills, ability to build long-term relationships with partners.
Experience in sales, preferably B2B.
Willingness to make an effort to study the product in depth.
Stress resistance and good presentation skills.
A high degree of responsibility and purposefulness
Driver's license of category B, driving experience for 2 years+
Ready for business trips up to 50%
