Through its 35-branch network, Vista Bank addresses agri-business, medium and large corporate clients, as well as affluent private customers, with an attractive offer of modern, tailor-made financial products.

In line with the strategy of consolidating its market position, Vista Bank acquired in September 2021 the 100% shares of Crédit Agricole Bank Romania. The integration of the two entities was successfully completed in October 1st 2022.

After the merger, Vista Bank have € 1,6 billion total assets. Scaling up our business will allow us to increase our efficiency, accelerate growth and improve our capacity to offer a better banking experience to our existing and future clients.
