We are looking for a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the operational and commercial aspects of properties under our management. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless execution of owner contracts, optimizing property performance, and fostering strong tenant relationships.

• Maintain strong relationships with tenants, ensuring satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
• Supervise property staff and assist vendors with property-related matters.
• Coordinate subcontractors and service providers for technical and operational activities.
• Manage property inventory and address maintenance requests.
• Oversee budgets, control expenses, and monitor rent collection; provide monthly reports to the owner.
• Analyze market trends and support leasing activities.
• Ensure compliance with property standards and safety regulations through regular inspections.
• Manage electronic documentation and maintain data confidentiality.
• Prepare improvement proposals and manage RFP processes.
• Participate in technical handovers and set operational workflows.
• Be available for emergencies and assist in resolving critical issues.
• Continuously enhance professional and industry knowledge.

Requirements include a university degree (Engineering or related field preferred), a minimum of 3 years in property or facility management, strong financial and reporting skills, and proficiency in English.
