We are seeking a dynamic Production Manager to lead our operations in injection molding, assembly, and pad printing at our Romania facility. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient, cost-effective production with zero-defect quality and strong team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily production operations to ensure high-quality output
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization initiatives
• Maximize machine, equipment, and tool availability
• Support internal and external audits
• Ensure workplace safety, order, and cleanliness
• Manage, develop, and motivate production teams

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Production Manager or similar role in industrial manufacturing
• Background in plastics or production environments
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in Romanian and English or German
• KPI-driven mindset; VDA/Automotive knowledge is a plus
