Job description
- Updates documentation following complaints (FMEA, CP, WI);
- Informs internally about quality issues (internal and customer) and takes initiative in opening, implementing, and closing corrective actions;
- Handles internal quality issues – QRQC;
- Conducts audits at workstations;
- Is responsible for defect analysis / project quality reporting (PPM, Scrap, Rework);
- Prepares Inspection and Control Instructions and provides related training;
- Organizes sorting activities internally and create the quality alert;
- Prepares the defect catalog specific to the products he/she is responsible for;
- Knowledge of quality standards, e.g.: ISO 9001, IATF 16949;
- Monitors the quality of the production process and checks the effectiveness of preventive and corrective actions;
- Analyzes defects and coordinates investigations using 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why methods;
- Reports quality indicators and prepares the related documentation.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Quality tools;
- APQP / FMEA / CP / 8D / 5 WHY / ISHIKAWA / PARETO ANALYSIS / QRQC / MSA / SPC / PPAP;
- IATF 16949 auditor or knowledge of quality management standards (minimum ISO 9001:2015);
- VDA auditor – considered an advantage;
- Technical education;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Automotive industry;
- IMDS;
- English language – advanced level;
- Advanced MS Office skills.
