Join Zeus Petruzalek, a leader in food packaging solutions with 60 years of experience, as an Organised Trade Manager in Romania. As part of the Zeus Group, the largest packaging distributor in Europe, you'll play a crucial role in our operations.

• Drive business development by expanding product ranges and securing new contracts within the Organized Trade channel.
• Foster strong partnerships with stakeholders, ensuring a win-win mindset.
• Identify new business opportunities and propose innovative tools and processes.
• Prepare and implement sales forecasts based on account portfolio analysis.
• Monitor stock levels to efficiently meet customer needs.

This role reports directly to the Country Manager and involves coordination with Logistics and Finance teams. While based in Bucharest, the position requires travel to customer sites and occasional international trips.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
• Sales experience with a focus on customer solutions.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Experience & Attributes:

• Experience with Organized Trade customers is essential.
• Background in the packaging industry is preferred.
• Strong planning, organization, and administration skills.
• At least 2 years of experience as a sales representative.
• Natural relationship builder with integrity and reliability.
