Position: Junior Account Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Account Manager to drive business growth by identifying new partnership opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and optimizing revenue streams. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and a customer-centric mindset, ensuring the success of our sales initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create and set up new client and partner accounts.
  • Maintain and regularly update account details, including contact information, deal values, and commercial terms.
  • Conduct market prospecting to identify potential partners, brands, and opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze competitors’ activities, offers, and market positioning.
  • Collect and validate promotional offers for brand and partner listings.
  • Gather and maintain accurate brand information and assets required for listings.
  • Provide day-to-day support for assigned accounts and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Support team to address account-related issues.
  • Work closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth execution of commercial agreements.
  • Assist Senior Sales Managers with account management, reporting, and administrative tasks.
  • Generate and qualify leads for the Sales team through research and outreach activities.
  • Create weekly / monthly reports.


Requirements

• Organizational and time management skills.

• English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Microsoft Office Suite and sales-related tools.

• Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.

• High school diploma required; additional certifications in business, marketing, or sales are a plus.

• Work from the office.
