Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with operations to understand business strategies and implement high-quality HR practices.
• Coach and mentor leaders to foster a strong leadership community.
• Manage employee benefits and maintain accurate HR records.
• Coordinate HR processes and policies, acting as the point of contact for Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Learning and Development.
• Collaborate with external partners on HR, safety, and medical services.
• Champion employee morale and satisfaction, initiating strategies to reduce attrition.
• Lead projects with creativity, engaging stakeholders and leveraging team expertise.
• Provide support in client updates, crisis communication, and employee benefits.
• Build effective relationships with clients and colleagues, coaching managers to lead effectively.
• Support Talent Acquisition and participate in Assessment Centres and interviews.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with knowledge of labor law and best practices.
• Fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft packages.
• Strong communication, presentation, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and build interpersonal relationships.
