Join our team as an HR Admin Specialist and play a pivotal role in managing employee documentation and data. Your expertise will ensure the smooth operation of our HR systems and compliance with legal requirements.

• Prepare and verify individual employment contracts, ensuring readiness for signature and distribution.
• Review and manage contractual amendments, including addendums and terminations.
• Update employee and contract data in the HR system, including Revisal submissions.
• Maintain accurate employee records and prepare daily headcount reports.
• Issue employee certificates and legal documents as needed.
• Support document distribution to employees.
• Manage cases related to maternity and childcare leave, ensuring compliance with state authorities.
• Prepare economic and financial reports based on management requests.
• Handle monthly salary increase reports and related documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Admin Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of HR legislation and regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR platforms like Revisal.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
