We’re hiring: HR Admin 

Join Sellpy, a leading second hand e-commerce platform, with production site in Arad! We’d love to have you on board!

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate HR Admin to join our innovative team in Arad. In this role, you will handle the administrative side of our human resources department and support growing our local operations team. 

Main Responsibilities:

In this role, you will manage the full administrative lifecycle of our employees and serve as a vital point of contact for the team. Your main tasks will include:

Personnel Administration & Documentation

  • Draft and register employment documents, addendums, and other related documents.
  • Manage and update employee records in the electronic register (REGES).
  • Ensure all personnel files are accurate, updated, and contain all necessary documents.
  • Collect and register employment and tax-related information.

Onboarding & Offboarding 

  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding process by creating and offboarding employee users in internal systems.
  • Act as a friendly first point of contact for new hires regarding administrative questions.
  • Assist with exit interviews and prepare related exit documentation.
  • Maintain HR files and help compile operational reports.

Employee Support & Relations

  • Acts as a contact with employees to provide support for various requests, including various certificates and documents requested by them.
  • Act as a friendly point of contact for employees with administrative questions.
  • Support the administration of compensation and benefits documentation.
  • Provide necessary support in disciplinary actions and prepare related documentation.

HR Department Support

  • Assist the team with recruitment and selection processes.
  • Support employee evaluation activities and performance reviews.

Requirements:

We are looking for an organized professional with a customer-focused mindset, strong technical skills and high attention to details.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of HR administration experience, all gained within the last 3 years.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency with various HR software and strong technical competencies.
  • Nice to have: Previous hands-on experience working with REGES/REVISAL.
  • Soft Skills: Clear communication skills and a strong team spirit to help grow our local operations in Arad. You should possess a service-oriented mindset, dedicated to assisting employees and managers with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude. Additionally, we value excellent organizational skills that allow you to manage local priorities and meet deadlines effectively while providing high-quality support to the team.
  • Attributes: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines, and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
  • Languages: Advanced English language skills (both spoken and written).
