Main Responsibilities
- Optimize the shipment process and apply the negotiated fares and service conditions
- Assure the best cost and quality for the company
- Arrange customs clearance and export documentation
- Display a strong sense of urgency in researching, tracking and correcting shipping problems to resolve issues in a timely and cost effective manner
Major Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Relevant experience in a similar position
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
