Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Prepare and post journal entries from source documents.
• Support external audits across various countries.
• Maintain and update accounting systems and databases.
• Assist with financial statement preparation and annual budgeting.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the organization's financial health.

Core Skills/Competency Requirements:

• 3-5 years of general accounting experience, preferably in a mid-to-large company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with ERP systems like Eclipse is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or in a team.
