Join our dynamic team as a Customer Support Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting UK-based contractors and agency clients. You'll be the first point of contact, providing assistance through live chat and written communication. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Responding to high volumes of live chat and written queries from UK contractors and agency clients.
• Assisting customers with timesheet and expense submissions.
• Providing clear guidance on pay, payroll cycles, and the employee portal.
• Resolving queries within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Escalating complex cases when necessary and ensuring resolution at first contact where possible.
• Maintaining accurate records and delivering a positive customer experience.
• Working towards customer satisfaction and quality targets.

We are looking for someone with strong English communication skills, at least one year of experience in customer support, and familiarity with KPIs, SLAs, and multiple systems. Experience with live chat or ticketing systems is a plus. You should have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong attention to detail, and a customer-focused, professional communication style.
