Key Responsibilities:

• Assist organisers in configuring and using our software products.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
• Provide timely support via phone, email, and face-to-face during events.
• Help with machine set-up onsite when required.
• Maintain product knowledge and suggest improvements.
• Ensure excellent customer experiences by anticipating needs and responding promptly.

Requirements:

• University degree (technical background preferred).
• Fluent in English (written & spoken).
• 2+ years of technical support experience.
• Experience with call logging software and web-based applications.
• Basic PC hardware set-up and configuration knowledge.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Proactive, quick learner, and strong team player.
• Willingness to travel and work flexibly in a 24/7 support environment.
