We are seeking a multilingual individual (English or German) to join our team in Timisoara and support our efforts in transforming global logistics towards more sustainable solutions in a new digital age.

Role and responsibilities:

• Controlling and supervising of shipment orders on external systems
• Extra costs calculation and data entry
• Master data management
• Handling and supervising shipment related performances
• Distribution / controlling of invoices
• Ad hoc support to the Headquarter

Your qualifications:

• You confidently communicate in English; the knowledge of the German language is a plus
• You have good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
• You have a flexible, customer-oriented attitude
• You are a great team player
• You pay attention to details
