• Act as the Owner's representative, overseeing CQV contractors to ensure project scope is met.
• Focus on Utilities and Recovery/Clean Utility areas.
• Ensure all Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) activities comply with project and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing large construction projects.
• Client-side experience is preferred.
• Proven track record in a similar role or project.
