KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Channel Sales Management:

Responsible for the sales of telecom products (including smartphones, tablets, MBB devices, kids watches, etc.) within Carrier and Open Channel segments in Romania. Develop and execute channel expansion strategies.

2.Key Account Development & Maintenance:

Deeply explore potential needs of key clients (Carriers & Distributors), establish and maintain long-term, stable relationships, and resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.

3.Sales Target Achievement:

Independently manage sales projects within the assigned territory, ensuring the accomplishment of individual and team sales KPIs, including order management and receivables collection.

4.Market Analysis & Feedback:

Conduct market research to collect competitor intelligence and market trends. Provide guidance for product planning and marketing strategies based on customer needs.

5.Cross-functional Coordination:

Liaise with HQ product, marketing, and supply chain teams to coordinate resources (e.g., promotions, training, PSI inventory management) and drive new product launches.

6.Business Negotiation:

Handle project pricing, contract negotiation, and subsequent business tracking.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Bachelor's degree or above. Majors in Marketing, Telecommunications, International Trade are preferred.

Industry Experience:

Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the telecom, IT,or consumer electronics industry. Experience in smartphone, tablet, or wearable markets is a plus.

Channel Network:

Prior experience or strong connections within Romanian local carriers or open channel distributors is highly preferred.

COMPETENCIES:

Sharp market insight and excellent negotiation skills.

Strong project management and stress resistance capabilities.

Proficient in Office software (Word, Excel, PPT).

Good cross-cultural communication awareness.

English as working language (Fluent in speaking, listening, reading, and writing) for daily communication.
