Detective in Controlling wanted for Kroschu world (Central Controller)

About the role:
Coordinating one region or a mix of companies from different regions (SAF, SAM, China, Europe, Middle East, North Africa)
Contact person for the plant controllers of the dedicated region/regions, regarding all controlling tasks of the respective plants - including "Problem solving" related tasks
Responsible for selected plants, regarding plant controlling monthly reporting and planning activities;
Plant performance: coordinating the monthly reporting of the plant result and centrally defined performance KPI's as well as the related analyzes (according defined reporting schedule and via monthly conferences with plants).
Acting as "single source of truth" between the KPI's released by different central departments and the ones reported by plants to the board (via the standardized reporting controlling package structure/internal rules).
Product Profitability Analyzes ("PER") - detailed analyzes of the plant performance split per product - including coordination of escalated errors between plant and central controlling departments and vice versa.
Cost Center related checks and corrections (both for master data and usage between the two internally used ERP systems) as well as crosschecks of defined allocation rules effects in the SAP ERP - between costs centers and products
Master data related checks (including correlation between cost centers, cost units, products).
Plausibility checks between the available master data and it's usage - via checks related different KPI's like headcount, and SQM on cost centers booked costs on the same cost centers.
Preparation of yearly budget data and upload of prepared data in the SAP ERP for the dedicated companies (per plant, cost center and product).
Interface for Central Plant Controlling department to plant controllers of a certain region/regions, regarding the following: Reporting, Planning, KROSY ERP, SAP ERP, MSTR (BI tool);
Development of controlling standards and their implementation in the plants, in accordance with requirements from headquarter
Creation of training documents as well as performing active training of plants controllers

The next Kroschu Controller Detective needs:
- Strong analytical skills, ability to evaluate results and solve problems;
- Proactive attitude and strong communication (oral and written) and presentation skills;
- Accuracy and commitment to timelines;
- Ability to work in cross functional teams in the group as well as independent;
- Result oriented;
- Creative, with initiative, optimistic, responsible;
- Team player;
- Knowledge of an ERP system (. SAP);
- University degree (preferably Economic Sciences);
- Proficiency in using MS Office (xls/ ppt);
- English- spoken and writing advanced level;
- Previous 2-3 years of experience in the Controlling field or as Finance analyst;
- Willingness to travel approximately 10% from working time
