Join our team at Pullman Bucharest World Trade Center, where we offer a dynamic and engaging work environment. As a Banqueting Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of events at our hotel, which features an extensive Conference Center and various event locations.

• Oversee daily operations of all events, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Manage food, beverage, and other costs while maintaining Pullman brand standards.
• Lead your team to deliver premium event quality and ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain strong connections with event organizers and participants, ensuring continuous information flow and feedback.

We are looking for someone who is hospitable, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong desire to make guests feel welcome. Previous experience in a similar role within an internationally branded hotel is required. You should be able to quickly respond to customer feedback and have a high focus on quality. Proficiency in English and MS Office is mandatory, and knowledge of Opera Sales & Catering is a plus.
