You are responsible for the consolidation of financial data provided by consolidated units of the ContiTech Group under IFRS and the ContiTech Group policy and guidelines. With that, you centrally contribute to the preparation of Consolidated Group Financial Statements for legal and management reporting.&#xa0;<ul><li>Ensuring IFRS compliance of provided data and technical consolidation in the system</li><li>Consolidation of data to prepare Consolidated Financial Statements and additional information required for legal reporting, as well as technical consolidation in the systems</li><li>Proposing improvement in the consolidation and reporting processes, monthly or quarterly closing and implementing changes on process on organizational side (legal requirements or internal improvements)</li><li>Subject matter expert for complex consolidation issues (e.g. M&A transactions) and supervisor for junior team members</li><li>Support and advisory to the Financial Shared Services and Country manager</li><li>Securing of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting for the consolidation process</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>University degree in Economics</li><li>Accounting certificate is a plus (ACCA, CIMA, CECCAR)</li><li>Profound professional experience in accounting functions&#xa0;</li><li>Several years of professional experience in consolidation with responsibility for preparation of consolidated financial statements, preferably for a globally acting company&#xa0;(5 years +)</li><li>Project management experience preferably in the field of accounting (e.g. new IFRS implementation, post-acquisition integration etc.)</li><li>Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken), German language skills preferred</li><li>Intercultural sensitivity and very good cross-culture communication and understanding</li></ul><h3>Additional information</h3>What We Offer:<ul><li>The 13th salary –&#xa0;Paid once a year, in December;</li><li>Meal tickets -&#xa0;With a value of 40&#xa0;Ron;</li><li>Hybrid schedule&#xa0;– Work-life balance is important, so we offer a flexible schedule.
