Your main tasks include:<ul><li>Monthly Reporting & Planning:<ul><li>Contribute to monthly reporting (Actual/Forecast) and planning processes with a focus on profit and loss statement, operating assets, working capital, and cash flow</li><li>Support and advise divisions and subsidiaries during reporting and planning cycles</li></ul></li><li>Financial Analysis & Reporting:<ul><li>Analyze the Group’s income statement and key financial metrics for monthly reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning (Main Focus)</li><li>Prepare reports for the Executive Board on operating assets, working capital, and cash flow</li><li>Develop Group-level analyses on topics such as financial investments, divestments, depreciation, working capital, and Days Sales Outstanding</li></ul></li><li>Accounting & Transactions:<ul><li>Post division and business area transactions, including intercompany profit elimination</li></ul></li><li>External & Internal Reporting:<ul><li>Provide information for external publications such as annual and quarterly reports</li><li>Assist in preparing internal reports including Group reports, Supervisory Board reports, and planning books</li></ul></li><li>Process & System Development:<ul><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes and controlling tools at Group level</li><li>Ensure system-side accuracy and functionality of queries and reports</li></ul></li><li>Special Projects & Ad-hoc Analysis:<ul><li>Prepare ad-hoc analyses and support special tasks and projects</li></ul></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Degree in economics or business administration</li><li>Initial professional experience, preferably in controlling, accounting, and/or auditing</li><li>Strong affinity for numbers and analytical thinking</li><li>Knowledge of IFRS desirable</li><li>Fluent in English, both written and spoken; besides it, German language knowledge would be an advantage</li><li>Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage</li><li>Strategic mindset, flexibility, and assertiveness</li><li>High level of commitment and ability to work under pressure</li></ul><h3>Additional information</h3>What We Offer:<ul><li>The 13th salary –&#xa0;Paid once a year, in December;</li><li>Meal tickets -&#xa0;With a value of 40&#xa0;Ron;</li><li>Hybrid schedule&#xa0;– Work-life balance is important, so we offer a flexible schedule.
