What you will do as a Senior Power BI Engineer

• Design, develop, and deliver scalable, high-performance Power BI datasets and reports, leveraging Databricks (Gold layer) and SQL-based metadata.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into efficient and maintainable Power BI solutions.
• Optimize large-scale data models and refresh pipelines using incremental refresh, partitioning, and query folding.
• Maintain and enhance ADF pipelines, Azure Functions, and YAML-based CI/CD processes in Azure DevOps to support automated testing and deployment workflows.
• Ensure data quality, security (including RLS), and governance across the Power BI ecosystem.
• Collaborate in a cross-functional environment and support teammates in solving analytical and technical challenges.

What we expect

• 5+ years of professional experience in Power BI development (data modeling, DAX, performance optimization, visualization).
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, and Azure DevOps (YAML pipelines).
• Excellent SQL skills and understanding of metadata-driven modeling.
• Ability to work closely with both business and technical stakeholders, shaping requirements and solution design.
• Experience with Databricks and PySpark is a major advantage and will help integrate reporting with upstream data transformations.
• You care about the team — collaboration and knowledge sharing are key values for us.
• You can communicate in English on projects (or improve with our language courses).
• You have a strong drive to learn and grow. Everyone receives up to 30 learning days per year.
