Job Title: Senior Finance Reporting Specialist (Mid–Senior Level)

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Produce, analyse, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports for P&L items including variance analysis.
• Automate and further develop Revenue reporting (by type, product, customer, currency etc.), pulling from different data sources.
• Automate gross margin reporting including complex cost allocations between products.
• Develop methods/tools to forecast revenue in-month.  
• Maintain reporting calendars and ensure timely delivery of all internal and external reports.
• Consolidate financial data from multiple systems and entities to create accurate and consistent reporting packages.
• Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Adaptive Insights, or similar.
• Lead the implementation or optimisation of new reporting tools as needed.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting workflows and automate recurring tasks.
• Standardise reporting templates and processes across the organisation.
• Develop best practices for data management, reporting consistency, and version control.
• Work closely with Finance, Operations, and Leadership teams to understand reporting needs and provide actionable insights.
• Develop budgeting tools and assist in budgeting and forecasting cycles with data preparation and reporting support.
• Ensure reporting complies with internal policies, accounting standards, and audit requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in financial reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis, or a similar finance role.
• Strong proficiency in financial reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Adaptive Insights) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• High level of English proficiency (written and spoken) is required, including the ability to produce clear reports and communicate effectively.
