Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

• Proactively manage risks by identifying challenges and developing mitigation strategies.
• Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and weekly status updates to keep projects on track.
• Track project KPIs and timelines, ensuring deliverables meet scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Maintain strong client relationships, managing expectations and delivering updates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement marketing strategies and MarTech initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in project management within marketing or technology sectors.
• Solid understanding of CRM platforms and migration projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Microsoft Project, or Trello.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Fluency in English and experience in international client-facing environments.
