Your tasks:

• Managing predominantly projects within the business unit in accordance with BCS new product introduction management process requirements;
• Interacting with the stakeholders (customers, suppliers, BCS Management) to insure program progress;
• Support customer quotation and business acquisition;
• Create Project master timing and execute strictly according to the plan;
• Initiate project budget, initiate capex request and get approval, track Key financial Performance and make sure baseline is met before handover the project to production;
• Track Customer Tooling and engineering refund and ensure on time payment;
• Work with BCS R&D to ensure design review, DV, PV is done correctly and timely according to BCS development procedures;
• Manage the multi-function team through smooth communication;
• Perform project risk assessment and track closely;
• Report project status to the management regularly through BCS project management system;
• Manage engineering change according to BCS change procedure;
• Support operation team to address critical launch concern and VOC .

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree or above – preferred technical field;
• Min. 3 years experience in Automotive industry / Program Management;
• Knowledge of standards ISO 9001, IATF 16949, QS9000, VDA;
• Good communication, influencing and convincing skills;
• Good team work and interpersonal skill to interact with various levels of hierarchy, to build network cooperation and relationship;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining discipline and order in a professional, time-sensitive manner;
• Strong analytical / critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Management skills to support and guide program team.
