Join our dynamic team as a Solution & Pre-Sales Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving business development and sales initiatives in the fintech domain. Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Technology, and Operations teams to design and present innovative fintech solutions tailored to client needs.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and translate them into well-structured solution proposals.
  • Design and present end-to-end solutions aligned with client needs and product capabilities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
  • Prepare and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and client questionnaires in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Act as a subject matter expert during client discussions, explaining product features, workflows, integrations, and technical considerations.
  • Address client queries related to APIs, integrations, security, compliance, scalability, and implementation.
  • Support sales teams throughout the deal lifecycle until handover to implementation.
  • Work closely with Product and Technology teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment with roadmap.
  • Provide structured feedback from client interactions to inform product enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain solution documentation, presentations, flow diagrams, and process notes.
  • Create and manage reusable pre-sales assets such as pitch decks, case studies, and FAQs.
