Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison with payroll vendors for operational queries and service delivery.
- Coordinate governance meetings and resolve issues efficiently.
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for assigned countries/entities.
- Validate payroll outputs, including calculations and statutory deductions.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal audit requirements.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal teams for payroll accuracy.
- Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in payroll operations, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of payroll systems and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Excel and payroll software/tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
