About Upgrade Education

Upgrade Education is a dynamic education startup helping ambitious students get admitted to top faculties through mentoring, structure, and guidance. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Operations & Back Office Specialist who enjoys building structure, supporting people, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

This role is perfect for someone who is hands-on, organized, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a startup environment.

What You’ll Do

You’ll support the daily operations of Upgrade Education and work closely with internal teams, students and mentors. Your work will ensure a smooth experience for everyone involved.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting operational and administrative processes
Assisting with contracts, documentation, and internal records
Supporting mentors and students throughout their onboarding journey and ensuring smooth access to internal systems and platforms
Providing customer support via email and phone
Supporting billing, invoices, and general operational tasks
Collaborating across teams to keep things moving efficiently

Who You Are

Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Clear and friendly communicator
Proactive, solution-focused, and hands-on
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
Previous experience in operations, back office, or support roles is a plus
Comfortable working in English
