Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth functionality of supplies, equipment, and facilities.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events efficiently.
• Assist in recruitment processes, from job postings to interview scheduling.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Develop employee benefits programs and assist with payroll processing.
• Craft HR policies and facilitate employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to senior management and team members.
• Contribute to special projects and ad hoc tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
• 4-5 years of experience in office administration or HR roles, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with Office applications.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
