• Develops and updates internal procedures
• Conducts general introductory training for new employees and checks their knowledge regarding occupational health and safety
• Proposes health and safety responsibilities for employees according to their roles
• Organizes prevention and protection activities, identifying hazards and assessing risks, preparing and updating the Prevention and Protection Plan
• Helps workers become aware of the necessity of implementing occupational health and safety measures by organizing periodic training sessions
• Develops topics for all training phases and sets the appropriate frequency for each workplace
• Checks employees’ knowledge and application of prevention and protection measures
• Accompanies the team/person conducting the risk assessment
• Ensures the preparation of an action plan in case of serious and imminent danger
