Join our dynamic team as a Desktop Support Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless technology operations. Your expertise in computer systems will be vital in addressing user concerns efficiently and providing clear technical support.

• Respond to client inquiries and provide technical support.
• Build software from scratch using Autopilot.
• Work extensively with Active Directory, SCCM, and Intune.
• Conduct Data Centre Walkthroughs.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Set up desktop hardware and assist with software installations and updates.

We are looking for someone proficient in operating infrastructure and hardware, with a solid understanding of ICT infrastructure in a corporate environment. Familiarity with desktop operating systems and common applications like Microsoft Office is essential.

Qualifications:

• PC/Laptop OEM Maintenance
• Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP)
• Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS)
• Bachelor's Degree in IT

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Local Language and English (spoken and written)
• Valid work rights
