YOUR TASKS

The vision of Business Process Management is to support our company in the achievement of its strategic goals through reliable and sustainable processes. We act as a trusted partner for the business and the other corporate functions to develop, implement & apply processes, methods and tools that increase operational efficiency, improve productivity and enhance business growth.
You will work collaboratively with the functional responsibles across different areas and departments of the organization to establish a lean business process management framework (methods and tools) to enable an efficient and effective business process management within HELLA. Therefore, we are looking for colleagues who want to leave their footprint in the organization of a leading global automotive supplier by continuously searching for improvements and innovations, that create added value for our company. 

• You will be responsible to continuously develop the existing BPM methodology to ensure that applicable legal, certification and customer requirements of the HELLA Management Systems are always anchored in the BPM framework;
• You will act as senior expert to conceptualize and coordinate the integration of new topics/trends in our BPM framework (e.g: master data, process intelligence and process mining);
• You will work hand in hand with our BPM stakeholders worldwide (process consultants, process designers, process leaders etc.) to continuously improve and streamline activities along the Process Lifecycle;
• You will ensure consistency in the application of the BPMN 2.0 standard process modelling notation, consult on process design and approve modelling exceptions as required;
• You will develop and lead training for BPM methods, influence and guide all relevant stakeholders in the application of the BPM framework worldwide;
• You will drive the development and improvement of existing tools for BPM (e.g: Signavio, HPL) by continuously collecting, evaluating, and implementing feedback from the global BPM network;
• You will act as central interface to our global IT department to coordinate change needs and special projects for BPM Tools and monitor the timely development and implementation of changes as required.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in engineering, IT, business or similar;
• 3+ years experience at a management consulting firm, in an internal consulting or process re-engineering role in a large, fast-paced company (preferably automotive);
• Demonstrated knowledge about process management techniques and tools (process modelling software);
• Experience coordinating projects and working in a cross-functional environment, developing and implementing process improvements towards business efficiency;
• Entrepreneurial spirit, initiative & proactiveness;
• Solid critical thinking and ability to translate theory into practice and vice versa;
• Very good communication skills and ability to work effectively with management;
• Fluency in English language - mandatory, German is a plus.
