Join our expanding sales network as a Business Development Partner, working on a commission-based model. About Us
PayByFace is a biometric payment and digital engagement platform offering:

• 0% commission on card transactions for merchants
• Facial recognition payments
• In-store digital advertising and advanced analytics
• Marketplace and QR order & payment solutions for HoReCa and retail

Our platform is active in multiple locations across Romania and is rapidly expanding.

Your Role
As a Sales Agent, you will:

• Identify and contact B2B clients (restaurants, cafes, retail, hotels, advertisers)
• Present PayByFace solutions and close commercial contracts
• Collaborate as an independent partner on a B2B contract basis
• Optionally build your own sales team (with PayByFace approval)

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in B2B sales (advantageous)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-discipline
• Existing network in HoReCa, retail, or advertising – major advantage
• Ability to collaborate through a legal entity like a freelancer or small business
