• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
• Evaluate and provide constructive feedback on students' performance through assignments and assessments.
• Monitor and support students' social development by collaborating with parents and other stakeholders.
• Lead at least one co-curricular activity or committee, contributing to the holistic development of students.
• Participate actively in departmental and school-wide meetings and training events.
• Fulfill any additional duties as assigned by the school.

Requirements:

• A strong undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
• A Post-Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) is preferred.
• Proficiency in educational technology or data analytics is advantageous.
• Effective classroom and student management skills.
• Passion for teaching students aged 13 to 18.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
