Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of biddable media campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Ensure campaign performance meets KPIs through smart bidding and data-led optimization.
• Run structured tests to uncover performance drivers and scale results.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights using advanced tools.
• Act as a trusted client partner, presenting insights and strategies confidently.
• Collaborate with strategy, creative, and data teams to align campaigns with marketing objectives.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging automation and AI-driven optimization.
• Mentor junior specialists, fostering a culture of growth and innovation.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4–6+ years of experience in managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns.
• Proven success in developing cross-channel strategies with measurable outcomes.
• Deep understanding of bidding algorithms and attribution modeling.
• Proficiency with AI-powered campaign tools.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Romanian.
