• Identify and engage potential customers.
• Build and maintain a strong network to connect with decision-makers.
• Develop effective communication channels with influential individuals.
• Implement BTL marketing activities to establish communication lines.
• Engage directly with decision-makers to build and maintain working relationships.
• Understand customer needs, create tailored offers, and negotiate acceptance.
• Manage customer negotiations and finalize contracts.

We are looking for candidates with:

• 3-5 years of proven experience in B2C sales of high-value products (experience in aircraft sales is a plus).
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• A charismatic and outgoing personality.
• Creative and innovative thinking.
• Independence and self-motivation.
• Native-level Romanian and fluent English.
