We are looking for a QA Automation Lead to join our team!

Responsibilities

Lead the team in writing scalable, maintainable, and reliable test scripts in Python.
Coach and mentor, the test automation team on coding practices, troubleshooting, framework usage, Git, and Linux.
Develop and execute test automation plans, frameworks, scripts, and processes.
Monitor and report on automation test execution, results, defects, risks, and metrics.
Work closely with QA team, product managers, and developers to understand requirements.

Requirements

Must have:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
+ 4 years of experience as an Automation Tech Lead.
Experience in designing automation frameworks and architecture using Pytest or Robot or any similar open-source automation framework.
Minimum 4 years hands-on automation development experience using Python and objectoriented programming.
Familiarity with Linux and its command-line interface.
Knowledge of performance testing and CI/CD pipelines.
Availability to travel abroad to customer.

Nice to have:

Experience in Automotive Testing.
Knowledge in cyber security.
DevOps knowledge is highly appreciated.
