Join our dynamic team as a Pre-Sales Manager and play a pivotal role in supporting our Hanwha CCTV product range. Collaborate with our sales team to craft tailored solutions and enhance customer satisfaction. Your expertise will be crucial in bridging the gap between our Business Development Managers and Technical Support, ensuring seamless customer interactions.

• Deliver exceptional pre-sales and technical support to our CEE&SEE customers.
• Assist European sales teams with product demonstrations and evaluations.
• Support project design and manage specifications and quotations.
• Stay updated on product developments to provide current solutions.
• Report on pre-sales activities and customer issues accurately and promptly.
• Engage with distributors and channel customers to enhance service.
• Follow up on leads from CRM and marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with BDM and Technical Support for improved customer interaction.
• Attend key project meetings and provide on-site support.
• Manage sample unit loans and perform ad-hoc duties as needed.

Requirements include a proven track record in pre-sales or technical sales, extensive CCTV product knowledge, and proficiency in Visio/CAD. Strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential. Fluency in English and a local European language is required, along with a clean driving license.
