Ideal Candidate

With us, you don’t just run campaigns — you make them perform. We’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of hands-on PPC experience, managing real budgets, not test pennies
  • Proven track record in launching accounts, building campaigns, and scaling ads across multiple markets (countries, languages, currencies)
  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta, and performance funnels (bonus points if you’ve wrestled with compliance-heavy verticals)
  • Obsessed with split testing — creatives, copy, audiences, landing pages, offers
  • Strong analytical mindset: you live in data, dashboards, and performance reports
  • Constantly monitoring, optimizing, and improving campaigns to lower CPA and increase ROI
  • Fluent English is mandatory
    (Spanish or other languages = strong advantage, but not a deal-breaker)
  • Highly independent and goal-driven — you don’t wait for instructions, you chase results
  • Comfortable handling and scaling large budgets
  • BIG PLUS: prior experience with financial services or fintech campaigns

Job Description

As our PPC Campaign Manager, you will fully own the performance of our paid acquisition channels.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Planning, launching, and managing high-performance PPC campaigns across multiple platforms and regions
  • Structuring accounts and campaigns for scalability, clarity, and performance
  • Creating, testing, and optimizing ad creatives, copy, and targeting
  • Running continuous A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates
  • Monitoring performance daily and making data-driven decisions to reduce CPA and maximize ROI
  • Managing large advertising budgets with full accountability for results
  • Analyzing performance trends and producing actionable insights
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure ads convert and comply
  • Staying ahead of platform changes, policies, and market trends

This is a results-first role. You will be trusted, measured by performance, and given room to scale what works.
