We are seeking a PCN / PTN Technical Coordinator to join our Electronics team in Cluj-Napoca. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing Product Change Notifications (PCN) and Product Termination Notifications (PTN) to ensure seamless operations within our Electronics Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage component supplier notifications for PCN and PTN within the Electronics BU.
• Prioritize notifications based on component volumes, project involvement, cost, and timing.
• Coordinate with the Electronics Project team to evaluate alternatives promptly.
• Create LBO/Bridge Stock templates when no alternatives are available and gather necessary data.
• Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to manage LBO or Bridge stock efficiently.
• Document all follow-ups in PCN/PTN systems and report results to the InterBusiness Coordinator.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Electronic Engineering.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• 5-10 years of experience in technical or project management roles.
• Proficient in PCN/PTN processes and PLM tools.
• Strong computer skills and ability to work with multinational teams.
