Job Description:
As our new Marketing Manager at Köber, you will lead a dedicated team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to connect products with customers. Key responsibilities include managing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and
overseeing budgets. This is an onsite position that is based in Piatra Neamț, NT. 

Core responsibilities:

• Strategy development: Lead and implement annual marketing strategy, lead the launch of new products, manager content creation and ensure a consistent brand voice across platforms. 
• Campaign development: Shape and implement impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with consumers and elevate the brand. 
• Post-Launch Monitoring: Trace customer feedback, market response, and implement growth campaigns to drive success after launch. 
• Market analysis: Monitor the external market to identify trends and growth opportunities, and analyze market gaps to inform strategy. 
• Budget management: Manage the advertising and promotion (A&P) budget for their areas of responsibility and evaluate return on investment. 
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales and retailers to optimize store presence, product visibility and the customer experience.  

Qualifications and experience:

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Engineering or Marketing. 
• Experience: Minimum 7 years of strategic marketing experience in FMCG, Coatings, Construction Materials or related B2B/B2C sectors. 
• Skills:
• Strong analytical skills are needed to collect and analyze data and present clear recommendations.  
• Digital marketing and e-commerce activation knowledge required. 
• Strong project management, stakeholder influencing and presentation skills. 
• Fluent in English; strong command of MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel).
