We are seeking a dynamic Leasing Contract Manager to join our team and manage our extensive portfolio of office, storage, and commercial spaces. This role involves overseeing tenant relationships, ensuring compliance with lease agreements, and supporting organizational objectives.

• Manage and expand the tenant database and portfolio.
• Lead negotiations for leasing spaces and maintain relationships with existing and new tenants.
• Identify and analyze risks, implementing control actions for properties and the environment.
• Support project execution and service delivery to achieve organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with budgets and deadlines.
• Handle tenant requests and provide solutions through various communication channels.
• Manage financial aspects with clients and suppliers, including payments and specific documents.
• Plan and coordinate company-related events.
• Maintain and archive contract databases and important documents.
• Collect and report relevant data for decision-making processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in tenant portfolio management or large property administration.
• Advanced computer skills, especially in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Romanian and preferably English.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in contract negotiation and drafting.
• Ability to develop professional relationships based on integrity and responsibility.
• Ambitious, organized, and communicative.
• Capable of working independently and in a team, prioritizing company objectives.
