Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and resolve legal issues within the company.
• Prepare legal opinions on operational matters.
• Support company relations with E100 Group entities.
• Draft and review corporate documentation and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with energy and financial laws in Romania.
• Collaborate with law firms, auditors, and consultants.
• Provide legal support in negotiations with contractors.
• Manage debt collection processes, including negotiating repayment terms and preparing schedules.
• Prepare and submit claims, and participate in court proceedings.
• Communicate with insurance companies and support enforcement proceedings.

Ideal Candidate:

• Higher legal education with at least 2 years of experience in corporate services.
• Registered with a professional association of legal advisers.
• Experience in debt collection and working with foreign entities.
• Independent, organized, and able to multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and fluent in Romanian and English.
