• Track tasks using the team calendar, documenting updates and meeting deadlines.
• Contribute to the creation and enhancement of guides, FAQs, and documentation, incorporating feedback from senior team members.
• Assist in preparing onboarding and support materials in collaboration with the team.
• Collect and summarize user or team feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
